Great product and easy to use

This has been a great product, I brought it to treat my chooks scaily leg mite. Just remember, that the dose rates on the bottle are for budgies so, you need to weigh your chooks and do the maths for correct doseing, which is easy to do, but if you are unsure just ask this business owner as they have many years of experience with back yard chooks and other birds.

Thanks for the review Daniel and great advice.

Yes your correct, make sure the dose used is correct. The correct amount is 0.5ml of Avimec per kg of Bird Weight.
As always you can contact us for any help :-)

Great size & Dosage

I treat my chickens with this! I don’t know why the US can’t sell a low dosage to treat birds & chickens. In Texas we get lots of mites, so thank you🤠

Ivermectin for budgies and chooks

Someone gave us four new rescue hens but two of them have scaly leg mite and they probably all have lice and worms. Ordered this treatment over the web from Uneek because the product was very intelligently described, including for poultry. Dosed all of the birds by putting about 3 drops under a wing for the larger hens and 2 for the bantams, directly from the ivermectin bottle which also acts like a squeeze bottle. Took moments. Within a day, all of the hens were remarkably more alert, active and content. Will repeat the treatment after 2 weeks (but it will take a while for the leg mite treatment to show any change in theirscales).
Very happy with the Uneek website for being so informative, and for Uneek in sending us the ivermectin so quickly and cleanly. Haven't used the free syringe they included; not needed so far. But may use it in future.
