As we explained to you, if replacing the control board didn't fix it the problem you are seeing it will be elsewhere within the incubator.
It disappoints to read this review when we offered to help you as much as possible. We even offered to repair and test it for you.
Your incubator wasn't purchased originally from us and therefore any repairs would need to be paid for.
By the time you pay for any parts, labour and the cost of shipping from your location to us and back it would make more sense to purchase a new unit.
