Where We Ship
We send Uneek Poultry products all across Australia — no matter where you live!
We can also send incubators and spare parts overseas, but please contact us before ordering so we can confirm postage costs and delivery options.
How Your Order Is Sent
We use Australia Post for most orders, and couriers for larger items.

Cabinet incubators are sent by courier.

All smaller items (like accessories and parts) are sent with Australia Post.
If you need your order urgently, please call or email us first so we can quote an Express Post option for you.
Order Processing Times
We do our best to send all in-stock items the next business day.
If an item is out of stock, you’ll see a notice before checkout.

Orders placed before 2pm (AEST) are usually sent the same day.

Orders placed after 2pm will go out the next business day.

We ship Tuesday to Friday each week.
(We don’t ship on Mondays unless arranged in advance.)
If you need a Monday dispatch, just contact us — we’re happy to help.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times depend on where you live:

Metro areas: usually 2–3 business days

Regional and remote areas: around 3–5 business days
(These are estimates and may vary based on your location and the carrier.)
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been sent, you’ll get an email with your tracking number and a link so you can follow its journey.

Shipping Costs
Your shipping cost will be shown during checkout.
It’s automatically calculated based on the size and weight of your order.
If you have any special delivery instructions (like “Leave at front door”), please add them in the checkout notes.
